Today, I received news that my aunt had passed away. I had the full intention of competing in the tie-breaker today, but family had to come first, and I haven't been home all day to participate.
This is not the way I wanted to go out because this game has been awesome, and I respect the hosts and the effort that has been put into this game throughout the season. As the players have also been great, and I truly respect all of you, and will fulfill the requirement of being on the jury, if I am the first member.
However, I would rather take matters into my own hands and honorably lay down my torch due to circumstances that I had no control over, rather than getting demolished in a challenge that I could not submit and showing that a sign of disrespect towards this game, which is not my intention in laying down my torch.
I am really sorry that it had to come to this, and I mean no respect towards Ted or Ghandia because this is not something that I want to do at all, but unfortunately I have to.
Good luck, guys! Don't kill each other and may the best person win. If I am on the jury, that will be what I will base my vote on come final tribal council.
