Ok! Few things to keep everyone on the same page.
1. Laura voted out of Saayazu, Brandon has been voted out of Tingbani.
2. The second water crystal challenge is over. A NEW ONE will be posted tomorrow night with the challenge. A Water crystal will be awarded tonight.
3. Earth Crystal judging going on tonight
4. There is a new Wind Crystal puzzle up, some of you may have found some clues already. The clues are hidden in links on the boards and in some in not so obvious places. To find them, try clicking HERE, THERE AND EVERYWHERE.
If you come across any of these hidden links, take note of them in your confessional, as they are letters to a password. The Wind Crystal 3 Thread is not up yet and only 4 of the 8 links are hidden so far

Ok, now for the two REALLLLY big announcements:
The elemental power of the crystals are starting to fade. This means that the powers associated with them, such as the Earth challenge advantage and the Fire double vote, will no longer be usable pretty soon.
Their powers will dissipate by the Final 12.
This does not mean those powers are gone for good though! You will be able to RECHARGE your crystals and restore their power past this point. I will go into more specifics on this once we get there.
So your choice is to use your crystal's power before it loses it and needs to be recharged or save it for the idol. Remember to get an idol, you will need 1 Crystal of all 4 elementsou may trade or give to other players. Remember, if you use a crystal for its power, the Crystal shatters and can no longer be used to make an idol. It's up to you to weigh the pros and cons.
Next challenge will be tomorrow at 8:00pm EST ( Probably posted early so you can strategize) and is Non-Live.
