1. This game is "One World" style. Cross-tribal communication is allowed and even encouraged. You are also free to change your vote as much as you want before the deadline.
2. Absolutely no "personal" attacks and what I mean by that is don't attack someone based on things in real life. You may personally attack how they "act" in the game or their strategy, but keep their real life out of it.
3. Don't like how the hosts or PWs judge a challenge or ruling? Too bad! You may argue your case and we might change if you have a good reason, but our rulings are final.
4. The vast majority of events of the game will be given a 24 hour time limit. This includes immunity challenges and voting. In some cases a 24 hour extension may be granted if multiple people are having problems doing a challenge on time, but always assume the 24 hour limit will be enforced.
Challenges may be Non-Live ( whenever you do it doesn't matter), Live ( you need to be there when it starts) or Semi-Live( Typically on-going throughout the whole 24 hour period).
5. In the event of a tie, there will be a revote. If the revote is still a tie, the 2 players involved in the tie will go to a Tiebreaker Challenge.
I will very often post your challenges a few hours early so you may look at them, form a plan or ask questions. They will officially begin at a set time however, usually around 8 or 9 EST.
6. Inactivity won't be tolerated. In this series, confessionals and challenge performance are MANDATORY( at a minimal level, you just cant do absolutely nothing). You must write a confessional at least once per round. Telling the hosts about what going on in the game on AIM does not count in place of a confessional. At minimum, confessionals must be 1-2 sentences for the round. They can be as simple as "I am voting Joe out because he is an asshole". Doing the bare minimum just to avoid getting a strike though will be noticed and you won't receive all-stars placing with minimal confessionals, even if you win the game.
Challenge performance is mandatory in that you at least must do something, even if its very little. This is only for immunity challenges. Not participating at all in a challenge will give you a strike. If you intend to throw a challenge for a strategic reason, you still need to do something.
Self-voting will count as a strike as well. Two self votes in a row is automatic removal.
Just like in baseball, 3 strikes and you are out. You may receive a strike for not writing a confessional, not playing in a challenge and not voting (without a bootlist). Strikes will disappear and you will go back to 0 strikes after 3 rounds.
7. Make a bootlist thread in your confessional to avoid self-voting. If you did not make a vote I will have you vote for the highest name on your bootlist.
8. Treemail will be posted usually 24 hours before the challenge to alert you whether it will be Non, Semi or Live and give you information to prepare. Sometimes your tribe may need to strategize before the challenge actually starts.
Additional Rules for SPECIAL PEOPLE, this has happened before in games so I feel the need to mention them:
9. NO IMPERSONATING OTHER PLAYERS. You may not make a screename pretending to be another person. Lying about what someone said is fair game, but you cannot actually pretend to be them.
10. If you spam the board with junk or porno, you are banned not just from the game, but from the series.
11. Do not give you your password out to ANYONE. If you give out your password and you get hacked, its your own fault, if your Bank account gets depleted, its your fault. Do not tell anyone your password.
