Round 0: Banana Bread in the oven

Hey hosts and P-Dubs! I'm super excited to play!

Just a few pregame thoughts:

I am trying to talk to as many people as possible, not just about the game. I know how to play the strategy card. I know how to win challenges. I need to work socially. The sooner I get close with people, the stronger the potential alliances I can make. I'm just gonna remain my goofy self, and try not to seem so rigid.

And with talking to a bunch of people, we start the playing... Already!

Adam does not trust Andrea. Adam is going around to everyone and saying to not trust or talk to her. He's not introducing himself, he's not making small chat, he is full on targeting her. And you know what? It will probably work. However... It's making me immediately not trust him. If he doesn't like you, he's going to cause trouble. I don't want trouble, I want to win.

However, there is a little alliance in the oven... The Banana Bread alliance. Depending on how the tribes fall... I think I can get into the majority alliance pretty easily. But that's just it... We've got to wait till tribes are announced.

Which brings more questions. How will they be decided? What is with the mystery player? What is the elemental twist?

Haha the Banana Bread alliance, as I am now calling it, came from me, BRob and Steph talking about Adam scrambling to target Andrea. He said she likes fake aim screen names, so the three of us (jokingly) decided we would need a code word to make sure we know the others are legit. I suggested banana bread b/c of an indie PC game called spy party, in which one person has to tell a seceret agent a code which is an audible "Banana Bread".

I don't think they will. I think it was great to have an early target, it helped put the metaphorical bun in the oven, which was great. I also think it helped break the ice.
