Baton Pass
This is being posted a little early so that you guys can strategize a bit before it starts and make a final MVP decision. Do not begin until 7:30pm EST
Your first challenge as a tribe will require a lot of agility and teamwork. As a team, you have decided who your MVP will be. Your MVP will lead your baton race off with 40 posts and then the remaining members of your tribe will finish the "lap".
1. (40 times)- MVP only
2. (30 times)
3. (20 times)
4. (15 times)
5. (10 times)
6. (5 times)
7. (1 time)
Finishing this entire baton pass will add 1 lap to you team's total.. The two tribes with the most laps will win immunity, the tribe with the lowest total number of laps will go to tribal council, where one of you will be the first person voted off
The MVP is the only player who will do 40 posts, but any other member of the tribe may do the other posts. The MVP has the most responsibility, as every lap you run that same MVP will be doing the 40 post stretch.
For each post in your relay race, you only need to post:
*Name Runs X feet*
until you have reached your designated number of posts. At the end of your posting you will then type:
*Name* passes Baton
You do not have to specify who you are passing the baton to. Anyone on the tribe who is allowed to run may pick it up.
At which point the next player will run, and so on and so forth. Since you may not post again until 2 other tribe members post and pass the baton, at least 3 tribe members must be online at the same time to finish a complete lap. Your entire tribe DOES NOT have to be on.
The MVP may also do the other parts of the race besides the first, but the MVP is the ONLY person who may run the first. Because the MVP is required to run the first relay on every lap your tribe run, they may ignore the "wait for 2 players to go first rule" in this instance. In other words they can run the 6th or 7th part and still run the 1st part of the next lap:
Example:
1. (40 times)- MVP only
2. (30 times)-Player 2
3. (20 times)-Player 3
4. (15 times)-MVP or Player 4
5. (10 times)-Player 2
6. (5 times)-Player 3
7. (1 time)-MVP
*add 1 lap*
rinse and repeat
1. (40 times)- MVP only
2. (30 times)-Player 2
3. (20 times)-Player 3
4. (15 times)-MVP or Player 4
5. (10 times)-Player 2
6. (5 times)-Player 3
7. (1 time)-MVP or Player 4
In this example the MVP went twice in a row (the 7th post and then the 1st of the next). This is a time when someone can bypass the the "wait for 2 others" rule.
After every completed lap your tribe finishes (after someone runs the 7th part), please post how many laps your tribe has TOTAL. This will help me to keep track and make things less confusing .
The MVP of the tribe with the MOST laps will win a Fire crystal
.o
This will be done in your tribe camps, and the MVP will start the first lap with the 40 posts. Keep in mind the 15 second rule, which means 40 posts will take at minimum 10 minutes....(blame Proboards, not me )
THE TWO tribes with the most LAPS will win immunity, the tribe with the least LAPS will attend tribal council, where someone will have the distinction of being the first player voted off.
