In ancient Greek Myth, Gaia the Earth Goddess and Uranus the Sky God were the original creators of life and the elements Earth and Wind. Their children became the other Gods, who created Fire and Water and all life on Earth. This union and its relevance to life and the elements are represented in your tribes.
Saayazu and Tingbani are names for "Sky" and "Earth" in the language of Dagomba people of northern Ghana where Gsurvivor takes place. Saayazu represents the Sky god, and Tingbani represents Mother Earth. As such, Saayazu will be composed of only men, and Tingbani only women.
Nyonni is the word for "forest" and is representative of the life created by Mother Earth and the Sky. As a result, Nyonni consists of both male and female players.
The top 7 members of the female list shall form the Tingbani tribe, the bottom 3 will join Nyonni. Likewise, the top 7 members of the male list will form Saayazu, the bottom 4 members will join Nyonni.
So your tribes are as follows:
